Having fun at the Viennese Prater

The Prater in Vienna is the oldest entertainment park in the world. Once the Area was an imperial hunting ground. In 1766 Emporer Josef II. openend it for the people. Soon an entertainment park developed, and until today people walk at the Prater for eating, drinking an entertainment. The entry is free, admission fee to the attractions vary from 1 to 10 Euro. The season lasts from 15th March to 31st October.
Most famous attraction is the Riesenrad, a 60 meter high observation wheel. It was built in 1897 and is one of Viennas landmarks today. So take one of the red wagons and enjoy amazing views to the city of Vienna.
